Weeknight Dinner Round-up!!

As always with my meals, these dinners balance protein, fat, fiber (in the form of non-starchy veggies) for a delicious, easy, healthy meal that will fuel your family!

MONDAY – No Bean Chili with grassfed beef and ground pork (Plan Ahead: make chili Sunday evening!) Recipe – No-Bean Trilogy Chili (low carb, gluten-free, keto, paleo, primal)

TUESDAY – Sheet Pan Shwarma Chicken Thighs with Broccolini and Butternut Zig-Zags (Plan Ahead: assemble the sheet pans; refrigerate and cover)

WEDNESDAY – Chris and I are out at work events so the kiddos will have leftovers, or meatballs and roasted carrots – and probably quinoa

THURSDAY – Pizza Stuffed Pork Chops with Roasted Cauliflower (Plan Ahead: chop cauliflower; season and stuff pork chops with slice of mozzarella and two @applegate pepperonis; refrigerate! RECIPE COMING SOON!
